Manage UI Languages
Users with administrator privileges can change the default language of the user interface. They can also change the preferred language at a user level for any user. Tenant accounts change the preferred language to personalize the user interface for their individual account.
Note: The default language setting for Instant ID as a Service accounts is English.
Change Default Language for Service Providers and Tenants as an Administrator
- Go to Administration > Customization > Theme. The Theme page appears.
- Click the Language field.
- Select the preferred language from English, Spanish, Japanese, French, or Portuguese.
- Click Save.
The selected language will become the default for all existing tenant accounts generated by the Service Provider account and for all new tenant accounts created under the Service Provider.
Change Preferred Language at User Level
- Go to My Profile > Profile.
- Click the Language field.
- Select the preferred language from English, Spanish, Japanese, French, or Portuguese.
- Click Save.
The user interface for the tenant account will be localized according to their selection.
